The Dentist will provide comprehensive primary across all age ranges in a team-based, patient-centered, integrated primary care environment.
This multi-site health program offers a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs. Providers enjoy lower patient volume, no call, no weekends, no holidays.
Competitive salary ($85K-$145K) and generous benefits including paid medical/dental/vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, 7% 401k retirement match, 12 paid holidays and 28 days PTO . Loan repayment options, paid licensure and dues and assistance with CME are also available.
Candidates must have/obtain active, unrestricted NE license, current DEA and nationally board certified. At least two years experience practicing as a FNP in a primary care setting and ability to work independently are highly preferred.
