Crown ABA is growing, and we’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Assessment Specialist to join our close-knit team!
This position is ideal for a BCBA who loves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), initial and re-assessments, and developing treatment plans, while maintaining a small, manageable caseload of clients. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working in a supportive, collaborative ABA environment.
What You’ll Do
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals
Supervise and support RBTs and technicians in the field
Collaborate closely with families and the clinical team to ensure progress and quality care
Maintain documentation in compliance with insurance and BACB standards
