Seeking a Full-Scope OB/GYN Partner to join well-934 private practice
Our practice is dedicated to helping the new partner build a robust patient schedule.
? Join four dedicated physicians and support staff
? Providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services to patients.
? Managing prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
? Performing gynecological surgeries and procedures, both inpatient and outpatient.
? A busy office environment diagnosing and treating reproductive health conditions.
? Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
? Participating in strategic planning and decision-making.
? Engaging in community outreach and education.
? Embracing our partnership model, where collaboration and mutual support are encouraged.
? Sharing in practice management responsibilities.
? Contributing to practice policies and protocols.
? Yearly salary: $315,000
? Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 per month first 12 months (negotiable up to $20,000)
? Contract Term: 1 year, renewable
? Partnership ?Buy-in?: available after 2 years of employment
? Moving Expenses: paid up to $12,000
? Off day: 1 per week
? Vacation Time: 10 paid days off per year (80 hours), 2 weeks vacation, Holidays, Days off for CME
? Insurance Benefits, Malpractice Insurance, License Fees/Dues paid by the practice
? CME Reimbursement: Fees and travel paid up to $3,000 per year
