Join Our Vascular Surgery Team in Jackson, MI!

We are seeking a Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to become a vital part of our dedicated team at a top-notch facility in Jackson, Michigan. Just 77 miles west of Detroit, our practice is committed to quality healthcare, innovation, and providing exceptional service to the local community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be TRULY Board Eligible and fellowship-trained in Vascular Surgery (to be completed prior to start).
• Open to upcoming 2025 graduates in their final year of fellowship; a quick 2025 start is preferred.
• Engage in a practice setting that includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic duties.
• Support service line growth within a reputable group with a large volume of vascular cases.
• Collaborate with two vascular surgeons, a nurse practitioner, and certified vascular techs.
• Participate in call coverage, incorporating nights and weekends on a 1:4 rotation.
• Preferred skills in endovascular and vein procedures.
• Operate in a Level II trauma facility.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and EMR.

Qualifications:

• Must be TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
• Must have a Michigan license (or willingness to obtain).
• Required to be Fellowship-Trained in Vascular Surgery (to be completed prior to start).
• Endovascular skills and vein experience are highly preferred.
• Current COVID and flu vaccinations are mandatory.
• ACLS certification is required (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.
• Clean malpractice and license history required.
• Copy of the most recent NPDB report (within 30 to 60 days active) is mandatory.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery.
• Current certifications in ACLS.
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start.
