Job Title: Home Health/Hospice Clinical Nurse I (RN)
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Current NYS RN License.
-BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross).

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-Professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
-Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
Required Skills & Experience: -Nursing (RN) experience of six (6) months - three (3) years. -Management Experience of zero (0) - three (3) years. -Five plus (5) + years of direct experience. -Collaboration. -Communication (verbal & written). -Judgement/Critical Thinking. -Organizational Understanding H. -Planning (Organizing, Time Management). -Problem Solving. -Quality. -Reliability. -Safety and Risk Management.
