A premier children's health system is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join its state-of-the-art 14-bed Cardiac ICU part of the only surgical congenital heart program in Nevada. With strong academic ties to the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Medicine, this is a high-impact role blending clinical excellence with academic collaboration.

• Location: Las Vegas, NV

• Setting: 14-bed dedicated Cardiac ICU within a top-tier pediatric facility

• Volume: 400+ congenital heart surgeries annually
  

• Team Support: Collaborate with a full multidisciplinary team (ECMO, cath lab, PICU, transport)

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with continuity of care and weekend coverage

• Procedures: Involved in procedural sedation and advanced cardiac critical care

• Additional Units: 24-bed tertiary PICU and a new 30-bed pediatric ER

• Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiology

  • CICU training or double board-certified preferred

• Nevada medical license or eligibility

• Passion for complex cardiac care and academic involvement

• Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred

• Willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV for a permanent, full-time role

• Must obtain DEA and CSR/CDS prior to start
