Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care for patients in a 600+ bed academic hospital environment. Candidates must have Epic experience and be proficient in clinical skills necessary for patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management.
- 1 year of experience at a 600+ bed academic hospital with passing competency testing score or 2 years of experience with no testing required.
- Epic experience is REQUIRED.
