• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,929 - $2,144
• Schedule: Every weekend plus one rotating weekday
• Float Requirements: Within specialty and possibly to ED hold
• Holiday Coverage: Typically not scheduled, subject to census
• Requested Time Off: Maximum 3 days accepted
• Block Scheduling/Special Requests: Not permitted

Emergency Room Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Previous travel nursing experience (at least one completed contract assignment)
• Active New Jersey RN License or Compact RN License
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (valid for duration of contract)
• Ability to complete full orientation (virtual and in-person)

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department
• Float within ER specialty and to ED hold as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in all required orientation activities and complete HealthStream modules
• Obtain ID badge in person during orientation
• Maintain all required certifications and RN licensure throughout contract
