This Regional Medical Center, located just 45 minutes from Tyler in East Texas, is seeking a GI physician to work collaboratively with the current general surgeons and assist with reestablishing our GI service line. The incoming GI will be the primary provider for scopes within the community.

• Hospital employed position covering one hospital

• Primarily an adult and geriatric patient base

• No clinic call requirements

• Hospitalists will admit patients as needed

• 10 days/month including one weekend/month hospital call

• Dedicated clinic and surgery days, which will be determined by the oncoming physician and PRMC

• ERCP is not required

• The ideal physician will be comfortable working in a solo setting and enjoys living and practicing in a rural community
