Pediatrics in Southwest Georgia A South Georgia hospital-based practice is seeking a pediatrician to join 3 others on staff in 2019. At the end of the year, the physician receives a bonus of 100% of the profits of their practice. This hospital treats their employed physicians as if they are the owner of their own practice.
