Compensation: Base Salary $250K+ Incentive Bonus Signing Bonus up to $50K

With reduced patient panels and strong clinical support, youll have the time, tools, and autonomy to truly impact patient lives.

Role & Compensation

• Base Salary: $250K+

• Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary

• Signing Bonus: Up to $50K

• Partnership Track Available

• Schedule: MondayFriday

• Setting: 100% outpatient

• Patient Volume: 1820 patients per day

• Support Team: Dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist

• Patient Population: Seniors with 35 chronic conditions

• Care Model: Value-Based Care

Requirements

• Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
