Job Details:
• Work every third weekend schedule
• Every other holiday (EOH) requirement
• Epic electronic health record system experience required
• Provide nursing care in medical surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Document patient assessments and care plans in Epic system
