Job Details:
• Work Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (F, S, S, M schedule)
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Perform general diagnostic, portable, bedside, and Computed Tomography (CT) exams
• Operate radiographic and computed tomography equipment inside the department
• Utilize portable and C-Arm equipment in hospital and operating room settings
• At least three years of imaging experience required with CT experience mandatory
• Must maintain current Washington State DOH Certified Radiologic Technologist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• ARRT (R) registration required
• Successful completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program required
• Read requisitions, position patients for optimal image quality, and assess patient conditions
• Use sterile technique when drawing contrast media and follow CT protocols
• Maintain radiation safety standards following ALARA principles
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members professionally
• Complete documentation and billing requirements accurately
• Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and performance improvement initiatives
• Work independently with sound judgment while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
