Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
  • Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Active Ohio state license or ability to obtain Ohio license prior to start of assignment
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility setting preferred
  • Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and delivering individualized therapy plans preferred
