Balanced Schedule: The physician will split time between the clinic and the hospital, ensuring a varied and engaging work environment. The schedule will be based on patient needs and the OR schedule, allowing for flexibility and focus on quality patient care. Call Responsibilities: Participate in a manageable call schedule with a 1:3 rotation, ensuring a work-life balance while providing essential care. Patient and Surgical Volume: Manage an average outpatient volume of 20 - 25 patients per day, allowing for in-depth consultations and personalized care. Perform an average of 3 6 surgical cases per day, focusing on advanced techniques and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients. Advanced Technology and Equipment: Work with the most advanced techniques and technology in orthopedic surgery, supported by reliable instrumentation and state-of-the-art equipment. Ideal Candidate: Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically in Hands and Upper Extremities cases is required.
