THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.
THE FACILITY: Elizabethtown is a suburb of Louisville that allows access to city life at a more affordable cost of living.

CASES INCLUDE:
General, Ortho, Vascular, Endo, ENT & Pedi Dental - OB will be handled by CRNA team- MDs will not have any OB responsibilities
We Offer:
$555K Total - $500K base, $25K Quality Incentive, and $30K Acuity Stipend
Incentives, Stipends & $90K Sign on Bonus w/ 3 years, $60K w/ 2 years
