The Treasury Applications Specialist supports and administers the company’s treasury financial applications, including Kyriba and other third-party systems, to ensure smooth integration and operation. This role involves managing system administration, providing project and operational support, collaborating with internal teams and offshore resources, and maintaining process documentation. Strong financial acumen, experience with treasury management systems, project management skills, and vendor coordination are essential for success in this position.
How you'll make an impact
The Treasury Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting the Company’s financial treasury applications, including, but not limited to Kyriba, business unit, divisional, and other third-party systems that interface with Kyriba, Online Bank Portals, and the Bank Administration Tool. This position reports to the Treasury Systems Manager. The focus of this position is to perform user and system administration in the Treasury applications, focused on the Assured Partners integration, as well as support Treasury as a Project Team member.
Responsibilities:
Treasury Applications Specialist responsibilities include-
- Serve as a GTS Corporate Applications subject matter expert associated with functionality, content, processes, and procedures for the Assured Partners integration
- Participate in support and coordination of Treasury application administration, development, and support teams, including off-shore resources
- Provide detailed and summary status reporting to Treasury Applications Manager
- Support process documentation
- Lead meetings with stakeholders and support teams
- Other project and support activities as appropriate
About You
Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Treasury applications
• Understanding of systems development and project delivery life cycles
• Experience working with third party vendors to implement SaaS solutions.
• Working "hands-on" knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies
• Financial acumen (working knowledge) and awareness of treasury management and analysis processes
• Awareness of security and control standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, COSO)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel and Project
• Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations
• Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on Treasury application initiatives and to collaborate effectively with business, finance, and technology personnel at many levels
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform both project management and business/systems analysis
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work at a fast pace and cope with conflicting deadlines

Preferred:
• Experience preferred with at least one Treasury Management System, Kyriba desired
