Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions
- Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and health education to patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in State
- DEA registration
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
