Seeking an experiencedBoard-Certified Primary Care Physician(Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics) to serve asMedical Director of Primary Care Servicesin Providence, Rhode Island. This leadership role oversees the delivery of high-quality, integrated primary care, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer.

Position Overview

• Lead and mentor teams of physicians and clinicians across multiple primary care sites

• Develop and implement data-driven clinical strategies to improve access, quality, and outcomes

• Oversee quality and performance improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical program development and organizational growth

• Full-time position with approximately 0.2 FTE in direct patient care and participation in on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Board Certified MD/DO licensed in Rhode Island

• Minimum 5 years clinical experience and 3+ years in a physician leadership role

• Proven background in performance metrics, data analysis, and team development

• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
