Exe Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine-dining or upscale, scratch kitchen environment.
- An understanding of menu costing, recipe development, and labor budgeting.
- A background in pasta and pizza production.
- Goal oriented and a team driven mindset.
- A lead by example thought process with an understanding of growing individuals while structuring growth plans for each team member.
- Strong financial and organizational acumen concerning costing, recipe specs, and labor control.
