Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our hospitalist team in Green Bay, WI. As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support the professional development of hospitalist providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the hospitalist team, ensuring quality care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with hospital administration and medical leadership on program goals.
- Provide direct patient care in a hospitalist capacity.
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:- MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.
