Hospital is looking for Primary call coverage beginning June 2025. Ongoing dates will begin October 2025.

• 24 hr call: $4400
• Gratis: 8 hrs
• Callback: $400/hr

Average Total Callback Hours: 7 hours

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• June 7 (7a) - 10 (7a)
• ongoing dates have yet to be released and are TBD, starting October 2025.

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified Neurological Surgery - Required
• Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
• Active ACLS, BLS - Required for credentialing
• Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
• Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team, ongoing - Required
• Candidates must be available for the dates detailed in the job description to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
• Clean Malpractice/Background - Required - Candidates with a self inquiry NPDB report will be considered at a higher priority as this will ensure no issues on the candidates file for emergency temp privs to be granted.

• Required Procedures/Job Duties: Level I Trauma facility with primary call requirements- 24/7/365. Proficiency in general Neurosurgery, trauma, spine.

EMR Required Training:

• Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
• EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.
• All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.

• When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic?
• What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?
