What You'll Do: - Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families and other clinicians to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering direct services
- Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to ACES' mission

Qualifications What We're Looking For: - Completed a Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA or related field
- Proven ABA experience (developing and implementing client programs)
- Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff
