Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time Outpatient Only

A well-established, community-focused healthcare system in the Hudson Valley is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Orthopedic Surgery practice. This is a 100% outpatient role offering strong physician collaboration, specialty training, and excellent worklife balance.
Youll work alongside a seasoned orthopedic team in a modern clinic environment, supported by an experienced administrative staff and a robust referral network.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate and manage orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons on treatment planning
- Provide follow-up care, patient education, and documentation
- Participate in a structured training model with physician mentorship
- Contribute to a high-quality, patient-first orthopedic service line
Schedule and Practice Details:
- Outpatient orthopedic clinic only
- Schedule: 5 - 10-hour shifts (MondayThursday)
- Call: Approximately 1:3
- No inpatient rounding
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($110,000$150,000 DOE)
