Locums Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology Clinic + Call Spokane, WAWhy This Role

• Immediate coverage need in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology
• Consistent one-week-per-month inpatient schedule
• Opportunity to work with a large cardiology support team
Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
• Schedule: 7 days inpatient, one week per month (Tuesday 7a - Tuesday 7a)
• Setting: Inpatient + outpatient
• EMR: Epic
• Call: Beeper, 20-minute response; night call may require return to facility
• Patients per Shift: 5-13
• Estimated Credentialing: 30 days (expedited)
Requirements
• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant (preferred)
• Active Washington license
• ACLS and BLS required
• Heart failure experience required
Clinical Details
• Weekly inpatient focus with variable scheduled weeks
• Expected patient load: 5-13 per shift
• Mix of heart failure and transplant cardiology patients
• Supported by robust cardiology team: 12 RNs, 3 MAs, 3 APPs, and 7 office staff
• Admissions not required
Compensation
• Rates: Facility is accepting bids
• Malpractice: Provided
• Travel: Reimbursed
