Per-diem role with flexible hybrid shifts across South Broward Hospital District. Hybrid Patient Observer, per diem float pool; variable schedules across South Broward Hospital District; on-site and virtual observation duties; no minimum contract length specified. - High attention to detail and critical thinking - Effective English communication (verbal & written) - Basic computer skills and medical record maintenance - Ability to work under stress and multitask - Flexibility to travel within district and work virtually/in-person

Complexity of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills, high focus and attention to detail. Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbal and written., Decisive judgment, the ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action, and the ability to build and foster positive relationships. Basic computer operation skills, and able to maintain medical records. Ability to pay strict attention to patient and surrounding environment for any other potential risk factors. Efficient in multitasking and managing the various job duties described. Knowledgeable and supportive of patient and Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) confidentiality along with related safety policies and procedures. Able to demonstrate flexibility and competency to provide patient care throughout the South Broward Hospital District to a variety of patient populations both virtually and in person. Required Work Experience: No prior work experience but basic computer knowledge required. Previous hospital/clinical/direct patient care experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
