Seeking a board-certified critical care physician for permanent locum coverage in Georgia ICU units. Responsibilities include managing 40-45 patients daily across medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICUs, performing routine procedures such as intubations and line placements, with shifts covering days and nights. The role requires an active Georgia medical license, DEA registration, EMR proficiency in EPIC, and up-to-date vaccinations.

- Sept 08, 09, 10, 11 - night

- Nov 17-Nov 19 - nights

- Clinical Information:
- 10-15 shifts per month
- 40-45 daily patient volume
- 54 ICU beds- medical, surgical, neuro, cardiac
- Routine Critical Care procedures includingcentral and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation.
- 24/7 coverage " 3 MD day and 1 APP day. 1 MD night and 1 APP night
- EMR: EPIC
- Required:
- Board Certified
- Active Georgia state license and DEA
- Must be open to working both day and nights
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
