As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns. This role requires a confident and competent professional who can manage the entire labor process independently. You'll work in a Level 1 birthing center, supporting high-risk patients and ensuring the best outcomes for families.

• Provide comprehensive care in a mother/baby couplet care labor and delivery environment
• Circulate in the OR and assist with LDRP and MBC
• Utilize EPIC charting system effectively
• Support a high volume of births, averaging 105 per month
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Need 3 years experience in setting
• Must have completed at least 3 travel assignments
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience with EPIC charting and circulating in the OR
• Comfortable with floating between L&D, Postpartum, and PACU
• Strong skills in LDRP and willingness to float as needed
