Responsibilities and Duties- Take over and manage an existing patient panel
- Establish care for new patients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics)
- Deliver care in a family practice setting, emphasizing primary care principles
- Apply clinical experience in rural medicine to serve diverse patient populations
Additional Information- Active California license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
- Minimum of two years' experience in family practice or primary care
- Experience managing a patient panel preferred
- Epic EMR proficiency preferred
