• Established, hospital-employed practice with 1 experienced Endocrinologist and 1 PA-C

• Monday-Friday schedule, including 1-2 outreach clinic days

• Shared call: approx. 10 days per month

• EPIC EMR

• Strong specialty support including ENT and Certified Diabetic Educators
