Location: Baltimore, MD
Compensation: $85.00 – $100.00/hour (W2, part-time)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid after two assigned cases and 90 days of employment)
License Requirement: Must have active Maryland LBA

Job Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Complete and maintain clinical documentation
-
Analyze treatment data and adjust programs as needed
-
Supervise and support RBTs
-
Provide weekly parent training (in-person or via telehealth)
Requirements

Active BCBA certification
-
Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license – Required

Minimum of 6 months experience as a BCBA

Strong skills in behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and clinical decision-making

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
