Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Provide education on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and stress management

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in NJ

• Certification in a relevant specialty (Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner) plus experience in aesthetic medicine (injectables, bio-identical hormone replacement, micro-needling, etc)

• Experience in functional medicine or Integrated Medicine

• Valid state Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of NJ

• Extensive knowledge of holistic nursing, integrative health medicine, and mind/body wellbeing.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and provide personalized care

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
