Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room to join a fast-paced clinical environment. The ER RN will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients experiencing acute illness or injury, working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Operate emergency medical equipment and assist with procedures
- Provide patient and family education and emotional support
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards
Requirements
- Active California RN license (in hand)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIH Stroke Scale
Additional Information
- Night 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 – 07:00)
- Travelers must meet all compliance requirements prior to start
