As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a highly visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role will involve interacting with employees and visitors, responding to situations as they arise, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents as per Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a courteous manner while maintaining security-related awareness.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client site policies, procedures, and protocols relevant to armed patrol duties within financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
