EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation. NO WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY HOURS! Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistantDUTIES Monday thru Friday 8a-5p 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time 16-22 patients per day May participate in day-time call rotation (no after hour call)Provide comprehensive medical care including physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans; develop personalized health plans for patientsManage long-term treatment plans for patients with chronic illness, ensuring regular follow-ups and monitoring; manage acute care and chronic medical conditions and commodities.Offer preventative care services such as immunizations, screenings (e.g., cancer, cholesterol, blood pressure), and well-ness check-ups.
