- 4.5-day work week; option to go to a 4-day work week once partner

- No obstetrics/No hospital work
- Minimal call responsibility; 2-3 days of after-hours phone calls monthly

- Primary care physicians have the support of a 24/7 Hospitalist program
- Internal medicine physicians can expect to see 25-30 patients a day

- $275K base salary
