• Collaborative group of four physicians sharing space, staff, and overhead while maintaining independent practices.
• Strong relationship with Northwestern Medicine and a sophisticated patient base including many community leaders and donors.
• Structured transition period with the retiring physician to ensure continuity and support.

Ideal Candidate
