American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring an active Maine PT license and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Acute care hospital setting specializing in rehabilitation therapy
- Schedule is 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Primary responsibilities involve providing physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
- Team-oriented work environment with support from fellow therapists and healthcare staff
- Business casual or professional attire recommended for the role
- Position is open to both local and travel candidates, as there is no radius rule stated
Requirements
- Current Maine Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year physical therapy experience required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a diploma, B.S., or M.S. degree
- Current BLS certification required
- Valid Maine driver's license required
- Previous patient care experience preferred
