Obstetrics & Gynecology Opportunity in West Texas

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping women's healthcare in an underserved West Texas community.
Practice Overview
- You'll join a collegial team of one OB-GYN and two FMOBs with plans to expand to two of each
- Full-scope practice including clinic, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery (robotic available)
- 8-10 surgical cases per week with dedicated block time and C-section suite
- OB call shared 1:5 with locum support; nursery managed by pediatricians/family medicine
Schedule
- Four days of clinic per week with one designated half-day for surgery and admin/flex time
- Clinic conveniently located across from the hospital with ultrasound, NST, and in-house lab
- Typical volume of 20-24 patients/day with adequate MA/LVN support
- Surgical volume supported by OR availability and full-time CRNA coverage
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $400K-$500K with earning potential over $600K based on surgical volume
- Signing bonus up to $75K and relocation reimbursement up to $10K
- $100K student loan assistance, PSLF eligible; $4,500 CME + licensing and dues covered
- 6 weeks PTO (inclusive of CME and holidays); full benefits including occurrence-based malpractice
