We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist Supervisor (Full Time Days)

Our ideal candidate will provide respiratory therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, professional and federal regulations and guidelines, has 24/7 accountability and responsibility working closely with the Respiratory Director. The candidate oversees the day-to-day operations of a respiratory therapy department within a healthcare facility, ensuring quality patient care by managing staff, assigning tasks, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards, while also providing clinical expertise and leadership to respiratory therapists under their supervision.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience preferred 
• Graduation from an approved two year respiratory therapist program 
• 5 years of professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background
• Minimum of CRT with registry eligible 
• Goal in place to obtain registry status by the NBRC
