A private practice group in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Hospitalist for an inpatient role that offers excellent work-life balance, covering patients of the practice at the hospital on a Mon-Fri schedule. Job Description:

Job Function:
Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges for patients within the practice.
See unassigned patients admitted through affiliated hospitals, with a goal of transitioning them to the practice.
Maintain a busy patient volume supported by strong hospital partnership and affiliation.
Participate in a rotating schedule covering hospital or sub-acute facility during weekdays.
Create and manage your own clinical schedule to balance workload and personal preferences (Mon-Fri 9-5 hours in general)
Provide occasional on-call coverage for the hospital.
Job Requirements:
Active New Jersey state medical license required.
DEA registration required.
CSR certification preferred (active or in progress) but not mandatory.
Completed residency training in Internal Medicine.
1 year of relevant clinical experience.
