This is a stable practice with Level 3 (highest) Patient-Centered Medical Homes offering health care services, including nursing home coverage, along with dental care, behavioral counseling, and moreregardless of economic status. The operation is overseen by a community board of directorsmost of whom are clients of the health center.You will provide outpatient-only primary care to people of all ages with a convenient weekday schedule.
