• Pay Type: Non-Exempt / Paid Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 based on experience.
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8: 00 am to 4:30 pm with flexibility to work Mondays if needed. 30 min lunch, 2 /15 min breaks

Summary

Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones
