Opportunities and Facilities:

• Collaborative Work: Work alongside Family Medicine Residents in town or at our new YRMC Foothills Health Campus just 15 minutes from the city limits. This facility includes Pediatrics, Primary Care, Podiatry, Cardiology, and Rheumatology.
• Family Medicine Center: Located within the city limits, this center embraces our Family Residency Program that began in July 2013. This unique 3-year program is accredited by the ACGME, with 27 residents currently enrolled and plans to expand to 36.
• Comprehensive Services: The hospital offers a robust Cardiac program, a comprehensive Cancer Center, and an accredited Bariatric Surgery program. The Sports Medicine Fellowship Program, which began in July 2020, recently graduated its second fellow.
• New Psychiatry Residency: Launching in July 2024 with the support of the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Midwestern University, and Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, as part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Position Highlights:

• Employment Type: Hospital-employed, full-time position.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4, 10-hour days.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a collaborative GME team of providers, coordinators, family medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff.
• Compensation and Benefits:
  • Attractive compensation package with wRVU production
  • Annual quality bonus, 5% of base salary.
