- Monday through Friday schedule, closed 12-1 pm for lunch, with no inpatient duties
Compensation and Benefits
- Value-based competitive salary along with performance incentives and bonus potential of 100K+

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to a 65+ patient panel
- Strong communicator who thrives in a team-driven, value-based model
- Excellent documentation habits with an emphasis on preventive care
- Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required
