We are hiring a Board Certified Anesthesiologist to provide ongoing coverage at a New York hospital!

Position Details:

• Specialty: Anesthesiology

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Length: Ongoing

• Schedule:

  • Core shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

  • Call: 1:3 (weekend call Friday 3:00 PM Sunday 3:00 PM; CRNA in-house, MD back-up pager from hotel)

  • Dates most needed:

    • November

    • December

    • December 29 January 2

    • Ongoing: 5 10 shifts/month

  • Provider must be able to cover some of the listed dates

• Practice Setting: Hospital 277 beds

• Support Staff: 3 MDs, 8 CRNAs

• EMR: Cerner

Clinical Scope:

• General anesthesia

• Endoscopy

• OB/GYN

• Call is mainly supervisory, but providers must be able to perform their own cases

Requirements:

• Active New York medical license

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology

Compensation and perks:

• Hourly compensation:

  • $235/ W2 PLUS $1246 stipend

  • $300 /1099 ALL INCLUSIVE

• Certification reimbursement

• License reimbursement

• $3000 referral bonus per physician referred
