seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to meet the growing demand for primary care services

WHAT WE NEED:

Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. This physician will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve. They must display a professional skillset and be willing to build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Schedule: 36 hours patient contact and 4 hours of admin work

• Flexible schedule includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

• Practice Hours: Monday Friday varies by day, Saturday 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.

• Average outpatient volume: 15 - 18 patients per day

• Telehealth offered

• Onsite lab

• Strong mentorship from existing providers
