Practice Details Full spectrum of complex coronary interventions, including Impella-guided high-risk PCIs, coronary atherectomy, and Shockwave lithotripsy. Newly renovated five-room Cath lab and hybrid room. Dedicated APP support for efficient workflow and patient management. Large referral base from over 100 primary care providers in the medical group. Teaching opportunities with medical students and family medicine residents, plus academic appointment available with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. Option for medical directorship. Excellent tertiary specialty support from academic partners. Candidate Requirements MD or DO. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology. Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain prior to start. Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to or upon hire.
