- Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday, 8am - 5pm, 8-hour shifts
- Guaranteed 40 hours based on 25 completed visits
- Home health setting
- Oasis experience required
- Home health experience preferred

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
