Seeking Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join team near Myrtle Beach, SC.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Outpatient clinical role no inpatient
• Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Fri: 8am-12pm)
• Protected administrative time ( 5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week)
• 36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours
• Call Schedule: Minimal, shared among all providers on a 1:7 to 1:8 rotation
• Cerner EMR
• Support Staff: The APP will have a dedicated nurse and access to support from medical assistants.

PATIENT VOLUME & CENSUS:

• Average Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day
• Patient Census: Primarily adult and geriatric patients, with some pediatric cases
• Demographics: A mix of rural and suburban patients, with common cases such as hypertension, diabetes, and routine wellness checks, etc.

VISIT TYPES:

• Visit Types: Sick visits, follow-ups for chronic conditions, annual physical exams, and acute care visits, etc.
• Typical Procedures: In-office procedures include minor dermatologic procedures, joint injections, skin biopsies, routine vaccinations, and women s health screenings.
